2. Services
LivePowered provides subscription-based notifications for Twitch users, including alerts when selected streamers go live or change categories. Access to these services is available through both a free plan and paid subscriptions. Free plans offer limited features, while paid subscriptions unlock additional benefits and enhanced functionality.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Apart from the free plan which doesn't require any payment information, LivePowered subscriptions start from $3.99 per month. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider, Polar.sh. Users are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of subscription by requesting it through our customer support at support@livepowered.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LivePowered, including attempting to disrupt, hack, or abuse the service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code provided by LivePowered are our exclusive property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime, and access will remain until the end of the paid billing cycle.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
LivePowered is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivePowered is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where our servers are located.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance.
